The House Financial Services Committee has been extremely busy.
Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, has released a discussion
draft of the Financial Choice Act to reform Dodd-Frank. Importantly, this
draft is more than just another reform proposal; it is the culmination of
several years of House Financial Services Committee activity.
